House Rules - Glamping Gril / Camp

Welcome to Glamping Gril!
We want every guest staying with us to feel comfortable and carefree. In order to avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the house rules.
By confirming your reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with the house rules and that you will adhere to them.
Only persons registered in the camp are allowed to stay in the camp. The camp management reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove guests who violate these house rules, especially those who disturb the peace and quiet of other guests or do not respect the general rules regarding respect for other people, social morality and decent behavior. The person who is the account holder will be held responsible for all activities caused by him/herself or any person in his/her company or who is a user of the camp services with the consent of the person who is the account holder.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m., and check-out is required by 10 a.m. Registration is mandatory for all those camping, as well as for those using other services offered by the camp. Please register at the camp reception immediately upon arrival at the camp and present valid personal documents (ID card or passport). This applies to all guests, including children, regardless of whether they are with a group or alone.
INSTALLATION AND SELECTION OF A FREE PLOT
The guest can occupy a campsite of their choice, but only after prior confirmation at the campsite reception. Changing the chosen campsite is permitted only in exceptional cases, and only for justifiable reasons and with the prior consent of the campsite management.
PLOT USE
No digging or moving of stakes marking the plot or any other permanent changes to the external appearance of the plot or any other interference with the plot is permitted on the plot. Upon departure of the guest, the plot must be in its original condition. Guests are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness of the plot and to protect the plantations and greenery. It is prohibited to pluck, chop or otherwise damage or interfere with vegetation. The guest is obliged to place his/her belongings within the boundaries of the assigned plot. If during regular inspection it is determined that part of the belongings is placed outside the boundaries of the plot, it is the guest's duty to immediately move it to his/her plot. It is strictly prohibited to park vehicles on access roads and paths or temporarily occupy other plots or places even if they are vacant. Any behavior that prevents free movement is also prohibited.
NIGHT PEACE
From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the campsite is under a night-time curfew and complete silence must be observed. During night-time curfew, it is prohibited to make any noise in the campsite.
VISITORS
Visitors visiting friends or family at the campsite must leave their vehicles in the parking lot in front of the campsite entrance.
JUVENILE
Parents or persons accompanying a minor are responsible for all actions of the minor in the camp and will be held liable for any damage caused by the minor during their stay in the camp. The use of playgrounds and games is at their own risk.
DOMAČE ŽIVALI
Pets that may disturb or be dangerous to the guests of the campsite are not allowed. Pets must not disturb the peace and order of the campsite in any way. Their owners are obliged to clean up after them and are fully responsible for all actions of the pets. Pets must be under the owner's supervision at all times during their stay in the campsite (dogs must be on a leash or tied up when on the pitch, and other animals must be appropriately controlled according to their species).
Dishwashing is only permitted in designated areas. Sinks, basins, showers, urinals and toilets must be used properly, in accordance with their intended use, taking into account that sanitary facilities are for the common use of all guests. Washing cars, changing engine oils in vehicles, etc. is prohibited in the camp. Garbage and waste – ONLY sorted – can be disposed of in containers and bins located in the camp.
TRAFFIC IN THE CAMP
The maximum permitted speed of vehicles in the campsite is 10 km/h. Pedestrians have priority over all types of vehicles. Bicycle and motorcycle racing or any dangerous driving is prohibited.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AND LIABILITY FOR INJURIES IN THE CAMP
Each guest is obliged to take care of their property and belongings in the camp. The camp management does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items that are the property of the guest, nor for accidents or injuries in the camp that occur due to the guest's personal carelessness. The camp does not accept any responsibility for damage resulting from storms, fire or any other force majeure.
CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE CAMP HOUSE RULES
If it is determined that the rules of these house rules are not respected, the guest will be denied accommodation in the camp with a notice period of no more than 24 hours, and in the case of violations that have signs of a criminal offense, with immediate removal from the camp and a report to the police. The guest is obliged to settle all obligations for accommodation in the camp, despite the cancellation of accommodation in the camp. Regardless of the previous provisions, the guest is obliged to settle all property and non-property damage that may occur to the camp or any other person. Persons who are caught in the camp without reporting, or who otherwise act in violation of the house rules, may also be removed from the camp and reported to the competent authorities for possible commission of an offense against public order and peace, disturbance of property, evasion of payment of tourist tax in the case of overnight stay in the camp, evasion of payment for camp services, fraud or any other illegal behavior.

The host is at your disposal during your stay for all the information and assistance you need (+386 31 730 902). We suggest that you immediately report any comments regarding the quality of the accommodation unit to the host. The owner and the manager monitor compliance with the house rules. They have the right to check compliance with the house rules anywhere in the glamping at any time, without the permission of the guests. By starting to use the accommodation unit, the guest is considered to be familiar with the house rules and to agree to the obligations and conditions stated here. All disputes that are not resolved amicably with the host will be resolved by the police. Complaints will only be considered if they are reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
